This course will offer some positive coping skills that you can practice and feedback on the online group. We will provide live chat and skilled facilitation to offer you the best level of learning and a peer support forum that can continue even after the course is finished.
About your tutors
Sarah Haskett is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with years experience in working within psychiatric care settings. She holds a BTEC in adult education and has delivered training in NHS Recovery Colleges, for Councils and within corporate settings.
Sandy Hector is a psychology tutor at the Isle of Wight College. She holds a Certificate in Education in Post Compulsory Education and has many years experience as a hypnotherapist utilising CBT and mindfulness skills. Registered Hypnotherapist (GHR), CNHC Registered, FRYOG Yoga Teacher Diploma, BSc(Hons) Psychology.
