About your tutors
Sarah Haskett is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with years experience in working within psychiatric care settings. She holds a BTEC in adult education and has delivered training in NHS Recovery Colleges, for Councils and within corporate settings.
Sandy Hector is a psychology tutor at the Isle of Wight College. She holds a Certificate in Education in Post Compulsory Education and has many years experience as a hypnotherapist utilising CBT and mindfulness skills. Registered Hypnotherapist (GHR), CNHC Registered, FRYOG Yoga Teacher Diploma, BSc(Hons) Psychology
